Exact users, logos, projects & broadcast reach depend on your tier — see Standard, Advanced & Unlimited below.

Without Corporate License

Licensing Becomes a Liability

  • Separate licenses purchased per department, per brand, per project
  • Legal exposure when usage quietly exceeds license caps
  • Procurement re-approves every renewal, every team, every year
  • No coverage for broadcast, apps, or large campaigns without upgrading
  • Sub-brands and subsidiaries need their own separate agreements
With Corporate License

One Agreement, Total Clarity

  • Single license covers your entire organization — pick Standard, Advanced, or Unlimited based on scale
  • Predictable, tiered coverage for users, logos & projects — no piecemeal license buying
  • One-time purchase, lifetime use — nothing to renew, ever
  • Full-spectrum coverage: print, web, apps, games, broadcast, advertising — scaled to your tier
  • Legally backed by PDHI certification and MHN Law Firm

Questions

Corporate License FAQ

What's the difference between the three Corporate tiers?+
Standard, Advanced, and Unlimited scale the same coverage — users, pageviews, e-publication titles, ad impressions, trademark logos, app/game/software projects, and broadcast reach — from fixed caps (Standard) up to fully unlimited (Unlimited tier). Company-wide use, all media types, commercial use, and the perpetual one-time payment are included in every tier. See the full breakdown in Three Tiers, One License above.
What counts as a "sub-brand" under this license?+
Any brand, product line, or division operating under your parent corporate entity — including regional variants and acquired brands — can be covered under your Corporate License. Registering a sub-brand's own logo draws from your tier's trademark logo allowance: 1 on Standard, up to 10 on Advanced, or unlimited on the Unlimited tier.
Do we need to re-purchase if we add a new subsidiary?+
Not necessarily. As long as the new entity operates under the same corporate umbrella named in your agreement and stays within your tier's limits (users, trademark logos, projects, pageviews, ad impressions), it's covered. If it pushes you past your current tier, we'll help you move up to the next one.
How is pricing determined for Corporate License?+
Pricing depends on the tier — Standard, Advanced, or Unlimited — along with your organization's size and intended use cases. Contact us for a custom quote — most quotes are returned within 1–2 business days.
Can we start on Standard and upgrade later?+
Yes. Most organizations start with the tier that fits their current scale and move up to Advanced or Unlimited once they approach their limits — there's no need to over-buy on day one.
Can we get a formal contract for our legal team to review?+
Yes. Every Corporate License purchase, at any tier, includes a written licensing agreement suitable for legal and procurement review before final sign-off.
What happens if our usage changes after purchase?+
Because Corporate License is offered in three tiers, most growth is already anticipated. If you're approaching your current tier's limits on users, trademark logos, projects, pageviews, or ad impressions, reach out and we'll move you to the next tier — your existing agreement carries over.
