The legally binding terms governing your use of any Font(s) purchased from Productype Studio.
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legally binding agreement between you (the "Licensee," whether an individual or an entity on whose behalf you are acting) and Productype Studio ("Licensor") governing the use of the Font(s) purchased through Productype.com.
By checking the box indicating acceptance of this EULA during checkout and completing the purchase of any Font(s) from productype.com (the "Website"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Key terms used throughout this agreement, and what your license actually grants you.
Upon full payment and subject to compliance with this EULA, the Licensor grants the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Font(s) according to the license type purchased.
The scope of use is limited to the rights granted under the selected license. Any use beyond the purchased license requires prior written authorization from the Licensor and may require the purchase of an additional license.
Ownership of the Font(s) is not transferred to the Licensee.
Sharing the Font(s) with third parties, what's off-limits, and design modifications you're allowed to make.
The Licensee may provide a copy of the Font(s) to authorized third parties, including but not limited to:
Such third parties may use the Font(s) solely for projects owned or controlled by the Licensee. The Licensee shall ensure that:
The Licensee remains fully responsible for all use of the Font(s) by such third parties.
Except as expressly permitted under this Agreement, the Licensee may not:
The Licensee may create reasonable backup copies solely for archival purposes, provided such copies remain under the Licensee's exclusive control.
The Licensee may modify letterforms and glyph outlines for use within artwork, branding, logos, packaging, advertising, illustrations, social media content, motion graphics, and other design projects. Permitted modifications include:
Such modifications may only be used as part of the Licensee's own design work and do not grant ownership of the original Font(s).
The Licensee may not create, generate, convert, adapt, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, rename, translate, or otherwise alter the Font Software itself for the purpose of creating:
...without prior written permission from the Licensor. Any derivative font software created with permission shall remain the property of the Licensor unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Font(s) are licensed, not sold. All rights, title, ownership, copyrights, trademarks, trade dress rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Font(s) remain exclusively with Productype Studio.
Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of the Font(s) or any intellectual property rights to the Licensee. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Licensor.
The Licensor reserves the right to request reasonable information necessary to verify compliance with the purchased license. The Licensee agrees to cooperate in good faith and provide accurate information when reasonably requested.
This License shall automatically terminate if the Licensee breaches any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately:

The Font(s) are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:
The Licensor does not warrant that the Font(s) will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Productype Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Font(s). This includes, without limitation:
Due to the digital nature of Font(s), all sales are final. Refunds are not available after purchase except:
Amendments, governing law, dispute resolution, and the entire agreement clause.
Productype Studio reserves the right to update or modify this EULA at any time. Any revised version shall apply only to licenses purchased after the effective date of the revised EULA and shall not apply retroactively to previously purchased licenses.
Continued use of newly purchased Font(s) after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised EULA.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Before initiating legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising under this Agreement through good-faith negotiation. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Semarang Regency, Central Java, Indonesia.
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the Licensee and Productype Studio concerning the Font(s) and supersedes all prior discussions, communications, understandings, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
